During this 20 minute clarity call we will discuss your current operational challenges and upcoming project. Whether it’s a campaign, launch, pop-up events, or internal chaos. We’ll talk through what’s happening behind the scenes and where support is most needed.
I’ll review your backend: tools, workflows, comms, deadlines, roles, whatever’s involved in the chaos. Then I’ll map out the biggest outages and propose a roadmap fix based on what’ll actually move the needle.
When we wrap, you’ll receive any final assets (updated workflows, system docs, timelines, SOPs, etc.) so your team can run it without me. If you want me to stay on a bit longer, you can book a mini extension—no long-term commitment required.

What exactly do you do?
I offer freelance operations and project support. Think of me as the person who steps in when your internal team is maxed out, a project is stalling, or you’re in between hires.
