In multiple 2-3 hours 1:1 sessions I will develop your Workflow Map PDF that visually outlines each task that needs to be completed in order to deliver your process. This PDF will include the task, who completes the tasks, and any callouts + documents/templates that are needed to support the completion of the task.

Audit
Every system build process begins with a system audit, where I access your current systems to identify structural and workflow outage points. On Day 1 we’ll review my audit findings and map out a tailored approach to your system set up during a 90-minute session. This ensures we build custom systems while refining and adjusting your processes as needed, with an additional 90-minute session if required.
The implementation phase happens during weeks 1-4 where I build your systems! We will stay connected throughout this phase. Once finalized, I'll pass over the systems during a wrap up training call. During this call you can request any changes.
I will hand of your systems during our 90 min wrap up call. Additionally, I will support you for an additional 2 weeks after hand off.
